I read many reviews before my purchase and I agree with many of the positive attributes of this electric piano. It is lightweight and portable, with substantial weighted piano keys, wonderful sound, and so easy to use. I bought it for my son to play but I want to learn piano because it is just like a piano without the bulk and cost of a real one and the headphones make the embarrassing practice moments nonexistent. Having all the control buttons on top of the unit make it simple and fun to use. The different piano sounds are great since I did not want to be overwhelmed by an electric keyboard with 100 plus different sounds. This is perfect for our needs, learning to play the piano.

I've been in the music circuit for over 25 years now, and have owned Roland,Moog,DX7's,juno 1,2, Yamaha etc. Its very hard
for a music Co.to reproduce a true piano sound along with the charctaristic's of the feel and touch of one.Korg in this case has
done Exactly this! The Feel of this board is Unbelievable!! Its so real,and just as sensitive.Along with the excellent sounds it has
onboard, I am finding out that the Organ sounds are beyond 5 stars! I am a Jazz Musician, and am very pleased with how close
this keyboard sounds to a Hammond organ sound.For those pro's out there, you know what I mean. I also own a Hammand.
It is limited however in built in sounds, Korg has concentrated on the feel of this keyboard.And at Great success I might add.
However, listen Up ! This keyboard has built in Midi - Thru. Now the ball game changes! For those of you who don't know the
potentail of Midi inputs, this input is unlimited with the right equipment and the right knowledge.In English, an unlimited of
sound ability's . For the begining piano player, YOUR NOT, going to get much closer to a Real Piano then this one for the
Price. Unless your rich, $3000-5000 (average digital piano), you might as well buy a real Piano. Me, I don't want the hassle of
moving it around.There heavy, go out of tune everytime you move one, and nine times out of 10, you will end up hiring a
Moving Co. to move one. This keyboard is light for what it is, and if I can move it, then most people can move it around.
The beginner would truly enjoy and learn from it at the same time. For the Pro, "It kicks Butt" ! One more piece of advise.
Get a Good amp or good stereo system for this to plug into. Then you'll really hear what this sounds like.
Remember, it is a Korg, they have been around for a long time, almost as long as me , lol.

Hi currently I live in Australia. I received the item in the 8th day which one day early than the estimate date and therefore I'm very happy for the service. The keyboard touch is real like my real piano. Now I can play piano even I'm overseas from my hometown. Moreover I really like the ten sound features, which I can try to play on different type of instrument. Everything is perfect, except the sound suspend pedal. Although KORG provide the pedal, but the pedal is a bit small and it didn't really work like the real piano pedal. However it is great enough for a keyboard piano.
